Who is responsible
Damast AB (org. no. 559593-2103), registered in Nacka, Sweden, is the controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected] or [email protected].
When you visit this website
This website sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data in order to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it reports aggregate figures such as page views and referrers, and does not build a profile of you or follow you elsewhere.
When you email us
If you contact us, we process your name, your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message, for the purpose of replying and — if it leads to one — managing the assignment that follows. Our email runs on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited).
Legal basis
- Legitimate interest — operating and securing the website, and responding to enquiries addressed to us.
- Contract — where correspondence leads to an assignment, for performing it.
- Legal obligation — retaining accounting records where Swedish law requires it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to our relationship with you, and then deleted. Material that forms part of accounting records is kept for seven years, as required by the Swedish Accounting Act. Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to you.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers named above — Cloudflare and Microsoft — acting as our processors. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Where these suppliers process data outside the EU/EEA, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to either address above and we will respond.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
